Ingredients

• 1 small white potato about 2-inch diameter
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 12 tsp vanilla
• chunky peanut butter

Directions

1. Boil potato inslightly

4. untilcooked Mash hot potato adding as much powdered sugar as it will hold to make dough that can be rolled out
5. Add vanilla during this process Roll out
