Potato Sausage Chowder

Ingredients

• 14 c butter
• 3 Tbsp flour
• 4 c milk
• 14 tsp pepper
• 8 oz kielbasa chopped Polish sausage
• 1 12 chopped onion
• 3 c cubed potatoes
• 1 tsp salt
• 8 oz shredded Cheddar

Directions

1. Melt butter and cook onion until soft
2. Stir in flour
3. Add potatoes milk salt pepper
4. Cook 25-30 minutes
5. Add cheese and kielbasa and cook another 2-3 minutes
