Potato And Burger Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 12 c chopped onion
• 14 c flour
• 1 Tbsp ketchup
• 34 c beef broth
• salt and pepper
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1 8 oz pkg sour cream or yogurt
• 1 12 c water
• 14 c butter
• 12 c milk
• instant mashed potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1 c sifted all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Cook in iron skillet that can go in the oven
2. Brown beef and onion drain off fat
3. Blend in 14 cup flour ketchup beef broth 12 teaspoon salt and 14 teaspoon pepper
4. stir in mushroom soup and sour cream
