Potato And Ham Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp buttermargarine
- 1 lb potatoes 3 c
- 1 c chopped onion
- 12 c celery
- 5 c milk skim or whole
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 8 oz cooked ham 1 34 c
- 1 c corn
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Potatoes may be red skinned or other thin skinned cut in 12-inch chunks
- Ham is fully cooked smoked and cut in small chunks
- Corn may be fresh canned or frozen
