Potato Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 c water
  • 4 small potatoes diced
  • 12 c fresh onion chopped
  • 12 c fresh celery diced
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes onion celery and bouillon in 4 cups water for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta Heat stirring often until cheese is melted and soup is smooth Add broccoli Continue stirring occasionally until ready to serve
