Potato Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c margarine
• 2 c sugar
• 4 eggs
• 23 c milk
• 1 c hot mashed potatoes
• 2 c flour
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 2 Tbsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp each clove cinnamon nutmeg
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 tsp vanilla
• powdered sugar

Directions

1. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside
2. Cream together margarine sugar and eggs
3. Add milk and potatoes
4. Add dry ingredients a little at a time
5. Add vanilla and chopped pecans Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350 for 1 hour
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool
