Ingredients
- 2 c leftover cold mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- handful saltine crackers crushed
- 1 Tbsp bacon grease
Directions
- Mix potatoes eggs and cracker crumbs In a skillet melt grease and drop a spoonful of potato mixture into skillet Let fry until brown and crisp Flip and brown the other side
