Potato Candy

Ingredients

• 1 medium size potato
• 1 small jar peanut butter
• 1 box confectioners sugar

Directions

1. Cook potato and mash
2. In a large mixing bowl blend potato and sugar together
3. Roll out on waxed paper Spread peanut butter on this mixture and roll up in jelly roll fashion
4. Cut in pieces
