Potato Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 baked potatoes
- 12 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 onion
- 1 c Hellmanns mayonnaise
Directions
- Bake potatoes
- Cube with skins on
- Cook bacon halfway then combine with potatoes and continue cooking
- Add cheese and mayonnaise mix together
- Put in 9 x 13-inch pan for about 30 minutes at 300
