Ingredients

  • 2 lb thawed hash brown potatoes
  • 12 c melted butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together put into greased 9 x 13-inch pan Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 14 cup melted butter
  2. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
