Potato Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz pkg hash browns
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c shredded cheese
- 13 c chopped onions
- 14 c milk
- 12 stick butter
- cornflakes or cracker crumbs
Directions
- Mix hash browns sour cream soup cheese onions and milk together
- Mix well
- Melt butter in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish Save half of butter to mix with cornflakes or crackers for topping
- Pour into baking dish and top with crackers
- Spread over top
- Bake 45 minutes at 350
