Potato Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 c mashed potatoes
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 c milk
- 8 oz shredded American or Cheddar cheese
- 12 c flour
- 14 tsp baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for oil mix well
- Pour about 2 inches of oil into frying pan get oil hot but not smoking or use Fry Daddy
- Drop batter by tablespoons 4 to 5 at a time into hot oil
- Fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve immediately
- Makes about 24 puffs
