Potato Crulers

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 12 c milk
• 1 c mashed potatoes 3 medium
• 5 Tbsp whiskey or brandy
• 1 tsp butter
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 3 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Add sugar butter and eggs to hot potatoes
2. Add milk flour baking powder salt vanilla and brandy
3. Roll out on floured board and cut 14-inch thick Fry in hot fat
