Potato Deluxe Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns
- 1 c onions diced
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
- 1 lb carton sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter or margarine
- 8 oz or more sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- dash of garlic salt
Directions
- Thaw hash browns 30 minutes before using
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl
- Put into 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle crushed potato chips over top
- Dab with butter if desired
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour
