Potato Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 medium small potatoes
  • 2 pt green beans drained
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup 99 fat free
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 c skim milk
  • 1 or 2 cans 28 oz each Durkee French fried onions

Directions

  1. Microwave potatoes on High 2 to 2 12 minutes on each side Cool peel and dice large
  2. Combine all ingredients except half of onions
  3. Pour into a Pam sprayed 2-quart casserole
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
  5. Top with remaining onions
  6. Bake 2 to 5 minutes more or until onions are light brown
