Potato Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients
- 7 to 8 large potatoes
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 1 c Minute rice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can vegetable soup
Directions
- Butter baking dish
- Slice potatoes to cover bottom of dish Slice onion and lay across potatoes
- Cook Minute rice and spread on top of onion
- Cook hamburger drain and put on top
- Sprinkle with salt
- Cover hamburger with vegetable soup right out of can Pour 1 to 1 12 cans water use soup can over casserole
- Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 12 hours
