Potato Lefse

Ingredients

• 4 c mashed potatoes
• 13 c shortening
• 14 c heated cream
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 12 c flour

Directions

1. Mix and cool before adding flour
2. Bake thin in frying pan Makes 9 Lefse
