Potato Onion Casserole

Ingredients
- 4-5 medium potatoes peeled sliced
- 1 large onion peeled sliced
- 6-8 slices Velveeta
- 2 10 oz cans mushroom soup
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sharp cheese grated
Directions
- In a 9X13 baking dish layer onions potatoes Velveeta Repeat onions and potatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Pour soup over all and top with grated cheese
- soup may be diluted with 13 cup milk Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
- Test potatoes for doneness
