Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes peeled sliced
  • 1 large onion peeled sliced
  • 6-8 slices Velveeta
  • 2 10 oz cans mushroom soup
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sharp cheese grated

Directions

  1. In a 9X13 baking dish layer onions potatoes Velveeta Repeat onions and potatoes
  2. Salt and pepper
  3. Pour soup over all and top with grated cheese
  4. soup may be diluted with 13 cup milk Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours
  5. Test potatoes for doneness
