Potato Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium pork chops
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes parboiled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 12 c milk more or less to desired consistency
- Lawrys seasoning salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown pork chops in oil
- Sprinkle with Lawrys salt and set aside
- Parboil potatoes peel and slice into large shallow baking dish sprayed with Pam
- Finely chop green pepper and onion
- Mix onion green pepper mushroom soup Cheddar cheese soup milk and Lawrys salt and pepper
- Pour over potatoes in dish
- Place pork chops on top of potato mixture
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over top
- Bake at 350 until done about 35 to 45 minutes
