Potato Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 c grated potato
- 1 12 c grated onion
- 3 eggs
- 13 c flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Using a large bowl beat eggs well Add flour salt baking powder and butter to eggs and beat well until all is dissolved
- Add potatoes and onions and mix well Dont be afraid to use your hands
- Pour into brownie pan and bake for 1 hour
- Enjoy
