Potato Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 34 c milk
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 3 c sliced peeled raw potatoes
  • 2 c 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Brown sausage drain and set aside
  2. Combine soup milk onion salt and pepper
  3. In a greased 2-quart casserole dish layer half of the potatoes half of the soup mixture and half of the sausage
  4. Repeat ending with sausage
  5. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven uncovered for 2 minutes
