Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 6 diced potatoes
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 ribs chopped celery
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 c milk
Directions
- Boil potatoes celery onions and salt
- Fry bacon
- Pour off 6 tablespoons of drippings
- Stir flour into drippings
- Cook a few minutes
- Add milk stirring constantly until thickened
- Add bacon and sauce to potatoes
- Heat and serve
