Potato Strips

Ingredients

• 6 medium baking potatoes
• 12 c butter
• 1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions

1. Scrub potatoes
2. Slice lengthwise in 3 to 4 slices
3. Spread with butter and soup mix
4. Reassemble and wrap in foil
5. Bake at 400 for 1 hour
