Potato Stuffing Or Dressing

Ingredients

• 5 potatoes
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
• 12 c diced onions
• 12 c diced celery
• 12 stick oleo
• 3 c bread cut in cubes
• 1 egg beaten

Directions

1. Cook potatoes
2. Add salt
3. Drain
4. Add oleo and mash
5. Fry onions and celery until tender
6. Add to potatoes
7. Add bread egg and poultry seasoning
8. Mix can be used to stuff a small chicken or put in greased bowl cover with foil and bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes
9. Take foil off to brown top
10. Good as a side dish with fried chicken
