Potato Supreme

Ingredients
- 2 lb bag frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 16 oz bag shredded Cheddar cheese
- 34 stick oleo sliced
- 12 c chopped onion
- 2 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Top with 1 stick sliced oleo and 2 cups bread crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
- May be made ahead and frozen
