Potato Topped Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 oz jar Heinz Homestyle brown or mushroom gravy
• 1 12 lb lean ground beef
• 1 c soft bread crumbs
• 14 c finely chopped onion
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 12 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 2 12 c hot mashed potatoes
• 1 Tbsp melted butter
• paprika

Directions

1. Measure 14 cup gravy from jar and combine with beef and next 5 ingredients
2. Form into a loaf 8 x 14 x 1 12-inch in shallow baking pan
3. Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour
4. Remove from oven and carefully drain fat
