Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c milk
- 14 stick butter
- Velveeta or Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Peel and thinly slice potatoes
- Place in casserole dish
- Add soup milk and butter
- Cover and bake at 375 until tender
- Top with several slices of Velveeta or grated Cheddar cheese
- Bake until cheese melts
