Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 c milk
  • 14 stick butter
  • Velveeta or Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes
  2. Place in casserole dish
  3. Add soup milk and butter
  4. Cover and bake at 375 until tender
  5. Top with several slices of Velveeta or grated Cheddar cheese
  6. Bake until cheese melts
