Potatoes Baked In Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 large potato sliced
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 4 Tbsp grated cheese
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 12 c milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp paprika
• 12 tsp catsup
• 1 green pepper chopped

Directions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan
2. Add flour and stir until smooth Add catsup paprika and salt
3. Add milk gradually then add grated cheese
4. Cut raw or cooked potatoes in thin slices
5. Place alternate layer of potatoes and pepper in a baking dish
6. Cover with sauce and repeat until all is used
7. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
8. Serves 6
