Potatoes Boulangere

Ingredients
- 2 onions thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 medium potatoes thinly sliced
- 1 c consomme one 8 oz can
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 34 tsp ground marjoram
- 14 c minced parsley
Directions
- Cook onions in butter for 5 minutes or until soft and golden Add potatoes consomme salt pepper and marjoram
- Cook covered over lowest possible heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender
- Sprinkle with parsley
- Makes 4 servings
