Potatoes Deluxe

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c diced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb sour cream
- 12 c butter
- 8 oz sharp cheese grated
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Thaw potatoes for 30 minutes
- Mix with remaining ingredients Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
