Potatoes Deluxe I
Ingredients
- 1 c margarine melted
- 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
- 12 c sour cream
- 2 c cheddar cheese grated
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c corn flakes crushed
- 12 c green onion chopped
Directions
- Melt 12 cup margarine in baking dish in slow oven
- Mix potatoes onion cheese sour cream and soup and place in baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Mix corn flakes and 12 cup melted margarine
- Put on top and bake 15 minutes longer
- Serves 8 to 10
