Potatoes Elite

Ingredients
- 1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes thawed and shredded
- 4 oz grated mellow Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of potato soup undiluted
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 Tbsp onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 12 tsp pepper
- 12 stick margarine melted
Directions
- Mix together in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Should be at room temperature before baking
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
