Potatoes Romanoff

Ingredients

  • 6 c peeled and cubed potatoes
  • 34 tsp salt
  • 14 c water
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 12 oz cottage cheese
  • 18 tsp pepper
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar
  • 14 c chopped green pepper

Directions

  1. Place potatoes and water in 3-quart casserole
  2. Cook covered on Full power for 10 to 14 minutes or until potatoes are tender Drain
  3. Stir in cottage cheese sour cream green pepper garlic salt and pepper
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheese
  5. Cook on half power for 7 to 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted
  6. Serves 6 to 8
