Potatoes Romanoff

Ingredients

• 6 large potatoes
• 2 c sour cream
• 1 bunch green onions
• 1 12 c sharp cheese shredded and divided
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• dash of paprika

Directions

1. Cook potatoes in jackets until tender
2. Peel and shred into large bowl
3. Stir in sour cream 1 cup cheese salt pepper and onions
4. Place in casserole dish
5. Top with remaining cheese and paprika
6. May be refrigerated at this point
7. Bake 40 minutes at 350
8. This is a good dish to prepare day before
