Potatoes Romanoff

Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 12 c sharp cheese shredded and divided
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- dash of paprika
Directions
- Cook potatoes in jackets until tender
- Peel and shred into large bowl
- Stir in sour cream 1 cup cheese salt pepper and onions
- Place in casserole dish
- Top with remaining cheese and paprika
- May be refrigerated at this point
- Bake 40 minutes at 350
- This is a good dish to prepare day before
