Potatoes With Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 3 Tbsp chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 14 tsp Season-All
- 1 16 oz can white sliced potatoes
- 1 6 oz can evaporated milk
- 3 slices American cheese
- 2 Tbsp pimento optional
Directions
- In a large skillet melt margarine
- Add and saute celery bell pepper and onion
- After well sauteed add flour black pepper and Season-All stir well
- Add the water from can of potatoes and can of milk mix well
- If too thick add a little water
- Add cheese and stir
- Add sliced potatoes and pimento if desired
- Mix all very well
- Pour into a baking dish and bake until bubbly
