Potatoes With Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp margarine
  • 3 Tbsp chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
  • 3 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 14 tsp black pepper
  • 14 tsp Season-All
  • 1 16 oz can white sliced potatoes
  • 1 6 oz can evaporated milk
  • 3 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp pimento optional

Directions

  1. In a large skillet melt margarine
  2. Add and saute celery bell pepper and onion
  3. After well sauteed add flour black pepper and Season-All stir well
  4. Add the water from can of potatoes and can of milk mix well
  5. If too thick add a little water
  6. Add cheese and stir
  7. Add sliced potatoes and pimento if desired
  8. Mix all very well
  9. Pour into a baking dish and bake until bubbly
