Poteau French Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 05 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp water
- 6 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp lemon or vinegar
- dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions
- This should be made just before serving
- Rub the bottom of a small bowl with onion or garlic
- Put in 12 teaspoon of salt a dash of Tabasco sauce and a tablespoon of cold water to dissolve salt
- Stir until salt is completely dissolved
- Now gradually add stirring constantly 6 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice
- Beat quickly until well mixed
