Potluck Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 2 c shredded cheese
• 12 c melted butter
• 14 tsp pepper
• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 pt sour cream
• 2 c crushed corn flakes or Chex
• 14 c melted butter

Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients
2. Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish
3. Combine corn flakes or Chex with melted 14 cup butter top casserole
4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
