Potluck Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium red potatoes 2 lb
- 1 2 oz jar pimientos chopped and drained
- 12 c chopped onion
- 18 tsp onion salt
- 18 tsp garlic salt
- 1 lb American cheese cut into 12-inch cubes
- 2 slices bread cut in cubes
- 14 c oleo melted
Directions
- Cook unpeeled potatoes in water until soft but firm
- Drain and cut into 1-inch cubes
- Place in an ungreased 2 12-quart baking dish
- Add pimientos onion garlic and onion salt
- Toss gently
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Place bread cubes on top and pour oleo over
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted
