Potluck Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 2 lb frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c shredded cheese
- 12 c melted butter
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c chopped onion
- 1 pt sour cream
- 2 c crushed corn flakes or Chex
- 14 c melted butter
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients
- Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- Combine corn flakes or Chex with melted 14 cup butter top casserole
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
