Potluck Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 17 oz can whole kernel corn
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen cauliflower cooked
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen cut broccoli cooked
  • 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 17 oz can cream-style corn
  • 2 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 12 c soft rye or white bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Drain whole kernel corn cooked cauliflower cooked broccoli and mushrooms
  2. Cut up large pieces of cauliflower
  3. Combine cream-style corn cheese and soup
  4. Fold in drained vegetables Turn into a 12 x 7 12 x 2-inch baking dish
  5. Melt butter
  6. Toss with crumbs
  7. Sprinkle atop mixture
  8. Bake uncovered in a 375 oven 30 to 35 minutes or until hot
  9. Serves 12 to 15
