Poulet

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine melted in 1 c hot water
- 14 c green onion with tops chopped
- 12 c diced celery
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 34 tsp salt
- 2 12 c diced chicken or turkey
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sharp Cheddar cheese grated
Directions
- Mix stuffing and margarine with water set aside
- Combine onion celery salt and mayonnaise
- Mix well with stuffing mix
