Poulet

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz bag Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
• 1 stick margarine melted in 1 c hot water
• 14 c green onion with tops chopped
• 12 c diced celery
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 34 tsp salt
• 2 12 c diced chicken or turkey
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 c milk
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can sharp Cheddar cheese grated

Directions

1. Mix stuffing and margarine with water set aside
2. Combine onion celery salt and mayonnaise
3. Mix well with stuffing mix
