Poulet De Normandy

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg corn bread stuffing mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 2 12 to 3 c diced chicken
  • 12 c onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 14 c onion tops or chives
  • 12 c celery
  • 12 c mayonnaise
  • 34 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mix stuffing chicken broth and butter together
  2. Pat down in a 12 x 8-inch casserole
  3. Add chicken mixed with onion celery mayonnaise and salt mix 2 eggs with 1 12 cups milk
  4. Pour over evenly
  5. Cover with foil and marinate overnight
  6. One hour before serving spread 1 can of cream of mushroom soup over top
  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese
  9. Put back in oven 10 minutes more
