Poultry Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch deep dish frozen pie shell
• 12 c chopped chicken or turkey
• 1 c 4 oz shredded CheddarSwiss cheese
• 6 eggs beaten
• 1 14 c milk
• 12 tsp salt
• 18 tsp nutmeg
• 18 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Bake pie shell in a 350 oven until brown about 5 minutes Sprinkle turkey or chicken into pie shell along with cheese Beat remaining ingredients until blended
2. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
3. Let cool 5 minutes before serving Serves 6
