Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter at room temperature
- 5 eggs at room temperature
- 3 c sugar
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 can evaporated milk plus water
Directions
- Mix butter and eggs in large bowl until smooth
- Slowly mix in sugar and vanilla
- Add baking powder and mix well
- Slowly add flour mixture
- Pour evaporated milk in measuring cup and add enough water to make a cup
- Slowly add milk and water to mixture Bake for 1 12 hours at 325
