Pound Cake Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 23 c sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c flour

Directions

1. Cream the butter and sugar Add beaten egg then flour and vanilla Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet
2. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
3. Good crisp cookie like the crust on a pound cake
