Praline Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 13 c melted butter or margarine
- 12 c self-rising flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Place paper liners in a muffin tin if you use them otherwise butter the tin well
- Fill them to 34 full and bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes
- Makes 1 dozen 2-inch muffins
