Praline Topped Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 c mashed sweet potatoes
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c melted butter
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 13 c bourbon
- 13 c cream
- 13 c orange juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp nutmeg
- 13 c melted butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 12 c flour
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix together the first 10 ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- Mix the last four ingredients together and pour over potato mixture for the topping
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350
