Pralines
Ingredients
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp white corn syrup
- 34 c evaporated milk
- 12 c water
- 2 tsp maple or vanilla flavoring
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Cook all together except pecans in 4-quart pan
- Cook to 236 soft ball
- Stir frequently with wooden spoon
- Remove from heat
- Add chopped pecans
- Cool and beat until creamy
- After it cools it sets up pretty fast
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper
