Preacher Cookies
Ingredients
- 12 c margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 12 c milk
- 12 c cocoa
- 2 c regular oatmeal uncooked
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c nuts or coconut
Directions
- Combine butter sugar and milk in a medium sauce pan boil 3 minutes
- Stir in cocoa oatmeal vanilla and nuts
- Beat well working quickly drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper
- Cool 5 minutes
- Yields 3 dozen
