President ClintonS Lemon Chess Pie

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp cornmeal
- 4 eggs beaten
- 14 c butter melted
- 14 c milk
- 14 c lemon juice
- rind of 1 12 lemons grated
- 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
Directions
- In a large bowl toss sugar flour and cornmeal with a fork Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 for 10 minutes Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes
- Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled
