President HardingS Pudding Pie
Ingredients
- 12 c butter softened
- 34 c sugar
- 34 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 c half and half
- 12 tsp vanilla
- nutmeg
- 2 9-inch pie shells
- pecans
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugars
- Add eggs half and half and vanilla
- Pour into pie shells that have been baked 4 to 5 minutes in a 350 oven
- Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg and pecans
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve with whipped cream
