- Have butcher run meat through tenderizer Cut steak in eight pieces
- Coat with flour
- Brown in cooker uncovered
- with small amount of hot oil
- When completely brown on both sides add a little salt and pepper
- Add 1 14 cups water for 4-quart cooker 1 12 cups for 6 to 8-quart cooker
- Set pressure control for 10 pounds both sizes
- After control starts to jiggle cook for 35 minutes
- Adjust heat for control to jiggle 1 to 3 times a minute Cool cooker normally 5 minutes and then place under cold running water to reduce pressure
- Recipe makes its own gravy
- Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables
