Pretzel Jello
Ingredients
- 2 c finely broken pretzels
- 34 c butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 c sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- 1 6 oz pkg raspberry or strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c boiling water
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen raspberries or strawberries
Directions
- Cream together the butter and 3 tablespoons sugar add pretzels and mix well
- Press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake 10 minutes at 350
- Cool completely
- Combine cream cheese and 1 cup sugar mix well
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Spread over cooled crust
