Pretzel Salad
Ingredients
- 2 c thin pretzels crushed
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 34 c margarine melted
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- 1 pkg strawberry jello
- 2 c boiling water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 10 oz frozen strawberries
Directions
- Combine pretzels 2 teaspoons sugar and margarine press into a 13 x 9-inch pan
- Bake for 7 minutes at 400
- Cool
- Mix cream cheese confectioners sugar and whipped topping spread on pretzel mixture
- Dissolve strawberry and lemon jello in boiling water Add pineapple and strawberries
- Allow mixture to cool
- Spread jello and fruit on cream cheese mixture
- Refrigerate
- Cut into squares
- Serves 16
